Cancellation policy
By purchasing a subscription product from Doctor Holistic, you agree to the following Automatic Refill Policy.
Automatic Renewals
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Doctor Holistic to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval you choose during checkout.
Your subscription will continue until it is canceled.
Billing Frequency
Your subscription will be billed according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout, such as every 30, 60, or 90 days.
Each recurring charge will include the product price in effect at the time of billing, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 business hours before your next billing date.
If your subscription has already renewed and the order has entered processing, we may be unable to cancel the current order. Your cancellation will apply to all future recurring orders.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:
- Log in to your customer account and manage your subscription through the subscription portal.
- Use the subscription management link included in your order confirmation or subscription emails.
- Open a support ticket here
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your full name and order number, if available.
Changes to Your Subscription
Depending on the options available in your subscription portal, you may be able to:
- Change your delivery frequency.
- Skip an upcoming shipment.
- Update your shipping address.
- Update your payment method.
- Change the products included in your subscription.
Changes must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
