Return Policy
To qualify for a refund, your order must meet the following requirements:
- Products must be purchased directly from DoctorHolistic.com.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and security seals fully intact.
- Product must be returned in their original packaging.
- Product must include any safety seals that remain intact (when applicable).
- Shipping charges and any other costs incurred in connection with the original purchase or return process are non-refundable.
- All return approval or denial decisions are final and not subject to escalation.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been damaged or misused
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Promotional or complimentary items
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We reserve the right to decline returns of products that present health or safety concerns.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with missing items, or wit incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.
Purchases from Other Retailers
This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through DoctorHolistic.com.
If you purchased Doctor Holistic products from Amazon, Walmart, a pharmacy, health food store, or another authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to different return requirements depending on local regulations and shipping restrictions.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Where applicable, refunds will include the original standard shipping cost but exclude any expedited shipping charges selected during checkout
Return Abuse
To protect all of our customers, Doctor Holistic monitors return activity.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, limit returns, or close customer accounts where we reasonably believe our Refund Policy is being abused or used fraudulently.
