Shipping policy
At Doctor Holistic, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with the care you expect.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States:
- Free Ground Shipping on all orders of $60 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
- Free 2-Day Shipping on all orders of $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for orders that do not qualify for complimentary shipping.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. bank holidays, before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed:
- After 2:00 PM Eastern Time
- On weekends
- On U.S. bank holidays
will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We also offer international shipping to eligible destinations, as detailed below.
International Shipping
Doctor Holistic proudly ships to customers around the world.
For eligible international destinations, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, so you will know the total cost of your order before completing your purchase. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) whenever available, helping provide a smooth delivery experience without unexpected fees or additional charges upon arrival.
Please note that import regulations vary by country. Some countries restrict or prohibit the importation of dietary supplements, wellness products, or other health-related items.
If you are placing an order outside of the United States, it is your responsibility to verify that the products you are purchasing are permitted for import into the destination country.
Doctor Holistic is not responsible for orders that are delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs or other government authorities because of local laws, import restrictions, or regulatory requirements.
If an order cannot be delivered because of customs regulations or import restrictions in the destination country, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any applicable carrier or return fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delivery dates and transit times are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this information to track your shipment at any time.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
At Doctor Holistic, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and in excellent condition.
All concerns regarding shipping or delivery, including damaged goods, missing items, or missing packages, must be reported to us within fifteen (15) calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.
To report a shipping or delivery issue, please open a case through our Contact Us page.
If you receive a Declaration of Delivery form from our Customer Care team, you must complete and return the form within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date it is provided to you.
Claims for which the completed Declaration of Delivery form is not received within the required 15-day period may be denied.
