Manage Your Subscriptions

To update, pause, or cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and access the Subscriptions Portal, where you can manage your subscription at any time.

Sign in to your account

1. Click the Account icon, then select Subscriptions.

2. You will be redirected to the sign-in page.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a one-time verification code.

4. Enter the code to securely sign in and access the Subscriptions Portal, where you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Manage your subscriptions

1. Click the Edit Subscription button for the subscription you would like to manage.

2. Follow the references in the image below to manage your subscription:

a) Change your subscription delivery frequency.

b) Increase or decrease the quantity of products in your subscription, add new products, or remove existing products from your subscription.

c) Edit your shipping address.

d) Edit your payment method.

e) Pause your subscription.

f) Cancel your subscription.
